Forum alanlarýný kullanýrken; 3.Þahýslarýn kiþilik ve gizlilik haklarýný ihlal edici iletiler yazmak, Pornografik görüntüler paylaþmak, Hak sahibinden izin almadan MP3, Film, dizi, video, yazýlým gibi eserleri doðrudan paylaþmak, ayrýca ilgili lisans sahibi olmayan sitelere eriþim için link paylaþmak hukuka ve yasalara aykýrýdýr. T.C. yasalarýna ve hukuka aykýrý olan bu tür paylaþýmlar site içerisinde tespit edildiði veya hak sahibi tarafýndan þikayete konu olduðu takdirde, kullanýcý siteden uzaklaþtýrýlacaðý gibi, sistem tarafýndan tutulan kayýtlar, talepleri halinde yasal mercilere verilebilecektir.

HAK SAHÝPLERÝNE ve YASAL MAKAMLARA

Sitemiz, hukuka, yasalara, telif haklarýna ve kiþilik haklarýna saygýlý olmayý amaç edinmiþtir. Sitemiz, 5651 sayýlý yasada tanýmlanan “yer saðlayýcý” olarak hizmet vermektedir. Ýlgili yasaya göre, site yönetiminin hukuka aykýrý içerikleri kontrol etme yükümlülüðü yoktur. Bu sebeple, sitemiz “uyar ve kaldýr” prensibini benimsemiþtir. Telif hakkýna konu olan eserlerin yasal olmayan bir biçimde paylaþýldýðýný ve yasal haklarýnýn çiðnendiðini düþünen hak sahipleri veya meslek birlikleri, hukukiletisim@gmail.com  mail adresinden bize ulaþabilirler. Buraya ulaþan talep ve þikayetler Hukuk Müþavirimiz tarafýndan incelenecek, þikayet yerinde görüldüðü takdirde ihlal olduðu düþünülen içerikler sitemizden kaldýrýlacaktýr. Ayrýca, mahkemelerden talep gelmesi halinde hukuka aykýrý içerik üreten ve hukuka aykýrý paylaþýmda bulunan üyelerin tespiti için gerekli teknik veriler saðlanacaktýr.
